Shutters make houses so sweet. I especially love it when the colors are so vivid. I couldn't personally live in a chartreuse house with turquoise shutters and purple grates, but I like the idea that someone somewhere thought that it was a good idea!
These are so neat looking. I agree about the colors. What works for some, doesn't for others. But it really makes this older window look bright and cheery. R
