Homemade Valentines
Instead of buying Valentine's Day cards this year, I made some of my own. I picked up this stamp that reads 'I'll always cherish' in the dollar bin at Michael's a while back and finally found a reason to use it. I got a black ink pad in the same dollar bin, and the red glitter glue was also a dollar at The Dollar Tree. I love a good value!

These are so gorgeous and simple! What a fabulous idea. My supervisor gave me Valentine's Day off and my husband will be in law school classes for most of the day, so I may finally try to build a mini croquembouche cake for dessert after dinner and drinks! I'm considering dying the puffs red in honor of the romantic holiday.

ReplyDeleteI would love to do something like this. My husband still has a homemade Valentine I made for him many years ago, before we were married!
