Our First Flowers

I've never had a green thumb. So I'm taking baby steps toward learning to grow flowers. I started with three flower pots on our back deck.

I added the rocks and the potting soil...

Broke up all the roots...

And watered them all in just like I'm supposed to. Here they are! 

And exactly one week later, they are still alive! So far so good.

Have any of you started any great outdoor projects this Spring?

    Sp pretty! We added potted geraniums and palms to the deck this year. I love it! So fluffy and pretty against all the hardscape of the pool.

    LOVE the planters and the fireplace update! Great work! We are finally finishing up our bathroom remodel over the next 2 weekends (hopefully) and will have to have yall over when it is finished! We are building shelves this weekend, it will be a feat for sure! Hope yall are well! Ellen
