The first time we walked into this bedroom Kane named it the "Victoria's Secret bag room." How do you like those cotton candy bubble gum pink tone-on-tone stripes? Lovely, right?
It took two coats of Kilz primer and two coats of paint to cover those stripes.
Here's the first coat of Benjamin Moore Gray Owl.
It's nice to have a lovely, completely blank slate to work with now! I'll post again soon with the rest of the changes!
This looks fabulous!!! I'm so happy that the pink stripes finally covered. It looks fresh and seems so much bigger than I remembered, considering that is a queen size bed. WOW!! Lots of room for guests now. Rhonda
ReplyDeleteWow! That was Pepto Bismol pink! Good job transforming the color :)
ReplyDeleteLooks great already! I do like the tone on tone stripes...just not in pink! Maybe a nice ivory or grey...haha
ReplyDeleteOh, much better. Sure the hubby thinks so , too!!
